As I’m sure you all know by now, the media has been doing everything in their power to slander the good name of our Glorious Leader, Donald Trump. And I’m sure you’ve also noticed that every single tactic they have tried so far has failed miserably. No matter what they say, nothing seems to have any significant impact against him. Try as they might to cover up the many many scandals of the hell bitch, Hillary, whilst simultaneously devoting unwarranted attention and faux outrage, to every single thing Trump says and does, nothing seems to work.
In fact, the latest polls have him coming out ahead of Hillary. It’s absolutely amazing to see really. You can tell that Trump’s detractors are really in the full on panic stages now, as the reality begins to sink in for them. He might very well win the election afterall, despite their tireless efforts to prevent it.
The desperation and panic is causing them to behave in funny and outrageous ways. They’re desperately trying to find something, anything at all, that they can use against him. At this point, they’ve thrown so much at him already, that there really isn’t much left that they can say… or so I thought. It seems that the Hillary campaign themselves have managed to come up with perhaps the most stupid attack against him that I’ve seen so far.
So lets read a bit more about this “Sinister frog”.
Over the weekend, Donald Trump’s son and one of his closest advisers posted an odd photo on their social media accounts:
The “Deplorables” image at the top of this post.
This raised some important questions.
Why is there a frog standing directly behind Trump?
That’s Pepe. He’s a symbol associated with white supremacy.
Wait. Really? White supremacy?
Yes, you read that right. The image of Pepe, the cartoon frog is a symbol associated with white supremacy. How can anyone possibly read this and not laugh in amazement at it?
Here’s the short version: Pepe is a cartoon frog who began his internet life as an innocent meme enjoyed by teenagers and pop stars alike.
But in recent months, Pepe’s been almost entirely co-opted by the white supremacists who call themselves the “alt-right.” They’ve decided to take back Pepe by adding swastikas and other symbols of anti-semitism and white supremacy.
“We basically mixed Pepe in with Nazi propaganda, etc. We built that association,” one prominent white supremacist told the Daily Beast.
Again, let me stress the insanity of this. They’re literally complaining about Trump re-tweeting images that have a cartoon frog in them, just because a few internet “white supremacists” have made images in which he is wearing a swastika. Trump has never re-tweeted any of those images by the way. Just other, innocent images, which happen to feature Pepe in them.
Trump has retweeted his white supremacist supporters with regularity, but the connection between the alt-right and his campaign continues to strengthen. Trump has been slow to disavow support from Ku Klux Klansmen and white supremacy groups, and he recently hired Breitbart.com’s Steve Bannon as his campaign CEO (and Bannon isn’t shy about the fact that his “news” organization is the “platform for the alt-right”).
And Hillary herself was very close to a former KKK leader, Senator Robert Byrd. Yes I’m well aware that Byrd left the KKK decades before his death, but incidentally, so did David Duke (the “KKK leader” who endorsed Trump). So why is it ok to bring up Duke’s KKK past, but not Byrd’s?
Now white supremacists have given Pepe the cartoon frog some Trump hair—and the candidate’s own son says he is “honored to be grouped with” him.
Why wouldn’t he be. The image portrays all these men (plus Pepe) as action heroes, and on top of that,it’s hilarious. I’m guessing that Trump Junior just has a healthy sense of humour.
Let me get this straight: Trump’s presidential campaign is posting memes associated with white supremacy online?
But it’s just his son and one of his closest advisers, right?
Oh yeah, Glorious Leader himself got in on the action of re-tweeting Pepe images.
Once again, let me stress that this is actually a serious political attack against Trump. They’re actually genuinely appalled at him for re-tweeting a funny image of himself as a cartoon frog. How are people supposed to take this sort of thing seriously? Can you imagine what it’s like for a normal, undecided voter reading this? You’ve just watched the latest news story about a Muslim terrorist attack, Mexican drug cartels smuggling drugs across the border, a factory moving to the third world with the loss of hundreds of American jobs, or Black Lives Matter protesters burning down their city and beating up any hapless white people that they chance upon. And then you read Hillary’s site and see this, that the biggest threat facing America right now is Donald Trump, because he re-tweets images of a harmless looking cartoon frog. How can anyone possibly take this stupidity seriously?
Just curious: Who else is in this photo?
Notably, conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, who believes the government was behind the 9/11 (and that Newtown was “completely fake”),
Yes we all know that Alex Jones is a joke. But he sure is a funny joke though. Remember that time David Duke (yes, the same David Duke from above) utterly destroyed him?
and Breitbart’s Milo Yiannopoulos, whose racism and bigotry is so egregious that Twitter banned him from using their site.
Btw, they also try to promote Milo as the leader of the “alt right”, which they also claim are a bunch of Neo-Nazi, White Supremacists. A Neo-Nazi, White Supremacist organisation, with a gay Jew, who sleeps with black men, as their leader. How do they keep a straight face when they make these claim?
This is horrifying.
What can I do?
I wish I could. Because if I could, I would definitely vote for Trump.
